I always regret not videoing the stupid things my cat does, so I take my hat off to whoever filmed their moggy being so ridiculously dramatic.

Lady Gaga featuring Sesame Street – Telephone

Lady Gaga gets to Number 1 – with a little help from Sesame Street in this mash up version of ‘Telephone’. The Yip Yip aliens always get my vote and there’s also some ideas for busting new moves on the dance floor as an added bonus. Good times!

Elvis Declares Windows Phone 7 “Pretty Cool.”

Holy ghost of Elvis!  I was shocked when I found out that Elvis was at the Windows Phone 7 launch at Mix 2010.  I finally managed to track down a video of an EXCLUSIVE interview with the legend.  Overall, “The King” thinks its a mighty fine application…lol.

Why You and the Boss are Totally Different

Interesting Management Theory for the Information Worker

I came across this “joke” on the interwebs this morning and the more I thought about it, the more it made sense.  I personally love the third paragraph from the bottom.

Why you and the boss are totally different

When you take a long time, you’re slow.
When your boss takes a long time, he’s thorough.

When you don’t do it, you’re lazy.
When your boss doesn’t do it, he’s too busy.

When you make a mistake, you’re an idiot.
When your boss makes a mistake, he’s only human.

When doing something without being told, you’re overstepping your authority.
When your boss does the same thing, that’s initiative.

When you take a stand, you’re being bull-headed.
When your boss does it, he’s being firm.

When you overlooked a rule of etiquette, you’re being rude.
When your boss skips a few rules, he’s being original.

When you please your boss, you’re apple polishing.
When your boss pleases his boss, he’s being co-operative.

When you’re out of the office, you’re wandering around.
When your boss is out of the office, he’s on business.

When you’re on a day off sick, you’re always sick.
When your boss is a day off sick, he must be very ill.

When you apply for leave, you must be going for an interview.
When your boss applies for leave, it’s because he’s overworked.

Forget all that fancy technology Jack Bauer uses in 24 that shows exactly where everyone is in a high security building (what would he do without Chloe?). What would happen if CTU insisted Jack used PowerPoint instead?

Illustrator Ethan Nicolle took his 5 year old brother’s stories and turned them into cartoons. Guess what – he introduced Axe Cop!

Here’s the fake trailer to the movie that will inevitably result. Revert back to your childhood in one easy click.

iPhone Sausage Styluses – You couldn’t make it up

Funnily enough my wife mentioned this to me over the weekend knowing it would tickle me, prior to that it had completely passed me by. The essence – when the weather turns cold, commuters in South Korea turn to sausages to control their iPhones, allowing them to keep their own digits wrapped up and toasty. Sausage sales in the country have, apparently, soared though from what base we’re not told. I’m not convinced the sausage is the same staple of the South Korean diet as it is the Great British one.

Anyhoo, the Times Online has taken things a step further – just in case you’re contemplating the indignity of prodding your iPhone with a sausage should the weather turn cold again – by reviewing a range of supermarket sausages to help you pick which best suits your individual needs.

I like the idea of the Peperami. It is, after all, a bit of an animal. And it’s a tasty snack you can eat cold. If things get desperate.

No rabbits were hurt in the making of this meme. I don’t think so anyway – the rabbit looks surprisingly calm, if not happy to be sporting this fine pancake. In fact, it looks rather dapper.
